Pursuing Racial Justice as a Church Community
On Wednesday January 27th 7-8:30pm we are offering Anti-Racism 101,
a zoom workshop led by Zenith Bose.

Zenith will focus on helping us explore together the concepts of race, racism, anti-racism and white supremacy, and will touch on how racial justice can be addressed by followers of Jesus.
There will also be time for questions on these topics.

Zenith Bose is a long-time member of Grandview Church who works at Columbia College in curriculum development, where she is the Co-Chair of the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Community of Practice for the 2020-2022 term. She also has her own business in EDI consulting and we are very grateful to her for sharing her expertise and experience with us.

In preparation for the workshop, links to two excerpts from How to be an Antiracist by Ibram X. Kendi are posted below. We strongly encourage you to read these brief excerpts prior to the workshop.
